New Hire Benefits Overview

  • Starting Pay: Your initial compensation is based on your experience and the nature of your role. New hires typically begin at an hourly rate of $21-23.
  • Shift Differential: Night shift employees receive an additional $0.75 per hour on top of their regular pay.
  • Overtime Pay: Any hours worked beyond your regular schedule are compensated at 1.5 times the standard rate.

Benefit Package 

Our comprehensive benefits package becomes available after a 100-calendar day probationary period and includes the following:

  1. Company-Paid 401K Contribution: We contribute $2.98 per hour to your 401K.
  2. Health Insurance: We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND health insurance, with options for both single and family plans. Single plan premiums start at just $120 per month or $27.70 per week, featuring a $225 annual deductible or an annual maximum out-of-pocket expense of $675.
  3. Paid Holidays: Enjoy nine paid holidays throughout the year.
  4. Life Insurance: You’ll receive a company-provided $25,250 term life insurance policy.

  • Overtime paid after 8 hours


  • Monday to Friday
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

  • Starting at $21-22/hr (DOE)
  • Merit and annual raises
  • $0.75 differential for 2nd shift
Truck Driver


  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Overtime available, hours vary depending on delivery


  • Starting at $25-26/hr (DOE)
